Monty chadda son of ponty chadda wh was arrested by the officials at the Indra Gandhi international airport in New Delhi while he was trying to fly to Phuket in Thailand. he was arrested because of the fraud of 100 crores he committed. he has been granted bail in connection with an alleged property-related fraud of over 100 crores.
The bail was granted on a personal bond of 50000 and two more sureties were kept of the same amount. monty cannot leave the country without prior permission of fr the court. the judge has asked the officials questions regarding why the investigation did not take place between January 2018 and June 2019 into the claims of other investors. a case has also been registered against him and other promoters of wave group in connection with another matter.
