Ajaz Khan who has been famous for the controversies always surrounding him has been arrested by the Cyber Police. He has been alleged of posting a video which promotes communal hatred. As per the statement of Cyber Police's spokesperson, the department received a heavy number of complaints about the video created and posted by Ajaz Khan.
"It was found that Ajaz Khan has created/uploaded these videos with objectionable content mainly promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, etc. and create hatred among the public at large" said the spokesperson.
On Wednesday, Ajaz was finally arrested after investigations. Further council on the matter is underway. Ajaz has been charged by various sections of the Indian Penal Code and IT Act Section 67. These charges can lead to an imprisonment of five years and/or fine of Rs. 5,00,000.Last year in October, Ajaz was also caught going against the laws. He was caught by the Anti-Narcotics cell in a hotel in Mumbai. At the time of arrest, he was allegedly possessing psychoactive drugs which are banned. Along with narcotic substances, eight tablets of the prohibited MDMA Ecstasy or Molly were found with him which weigh around 2.30 gm. These tablets are famous among the youth and in rave parties.
For the possession of banned narcotic substance, Ajaz Khan was produced before the Vashi Court, which decided to put him in police custody. Back in 2016, he was again apprehended but then released on bail. This time he was accused of sending obscene pictures and lewd messages to a beautician who reached him with on offer of the business project proposal.
