On Tuesday, police arrested a man who is accused of murdering his own friend. The motive behind the murder is that the accussed wanted to marry his friend's wife. For which he calvulated a murder of his friend. He allegedly hit the deceased with a brick and left him. The victim was found unconscious on the railway tracks in Delhi.Dalbir, the decision was called by the accused, Gulkesh at the intervening night of 24-25 June. He was then taken to the railway tracks near Zakhira, where Gulkesh hit him with the brick and left him unconscious there.
However later he threw the body of Dalbir on the tracks of, so that it can be get shredded into pieces. This would have helped him with the lost trail of identity of the body.Cunningly after committing the murder, Gulkesh called the police and informed that he has seen a body of his accquaintance on railway tracks near Prem Nagar Phatak, Rama Road. Gulkesh also tried to mislead police in their investigation throughout the preliminary investigation.
During interrogation, his mobile phone was checked and on the basis of call records, he broke down and disclosed that he had illicit relation with the wife of the deceased. He wanted to marry Pooja (name changed) the wife of the deceased, but the wife of the deceased was not willing to marry with him although she also liked him. Therefore, in order to get married with the wife of the deceased, he hatched a conspiracy to eliminate the deceased," the police release said. The police is further looking for anyone who might have helped Gulkesh in the murder including Dalbir's wife.
