What led to the development of the book concept?

This book is a great source for patients who have experienced bariatric surgery. There is a significant change in diet postoperative and dietary intake involving liquid food for 15 days followed by a balanced diet for another 15 days and a normal solid diet. By our knowledge of over 15 years, we have seen our patients struggle to find interesting food options in all food categories. Therefore, we consider creating an app that makes postpartum care easier and more enjoyable. These recipes are healthy and can be tried by anyone, even those who have not had surgery.
There is a general mistake that a person cannot enjoy a meal after bariatric surgery. Surgery motivates patients to a healthy diet and lifestyle. Food is an important part of our culture, and the purpose of this book was to guide healthy eating and not take away the pleasure from food. It is probable to appreciate cooking and eating even after surgery for bariatric weight loss surgery.
On what basis are the recipes chosen for this book?
Nutritionists provided all recipes from around the world. Recipes are divided into three types - liquid, solid and solid recipes. They were selected based on their composition for healthy eating. Focus on high protein and low fat and calories with each recipe provided.
