Why do we eat food? 

Food provides energy to the entire body, and keeps us active the entire day. The substances of food are broken down inside the body into glucose and energy and only that energy simulates us to perform any kind of activity.

Food simply helps us to breathe and keeps us alive. It is for growth and is for the repair of tissues. It includes a wide range of fruits, vegetables, seeds, herbs, dishes etc... Some of these are too basic and a few are a part of our regular meals. The food creates a boundary from nourishment to necessities. 

Foods contain the following: 

  • carbohydrates
  • proteins
  • fats
  • vitamins
  • minerals

Interesting facts on food:

The ketch-up that we eat has a lot of very good medicinal qualities. The tangled tomato taste simulates every nerve of the brain and always keeps us alert. It also cures cold and diarrhea. 

Chicken in any form has more fat than proteins.

Pistachios are actually real fruits. 

Dark chocolate is very good for skin and helps to get glowing skin. 

Ceaser salad originated from a Mexican city. 

Pecans are rich in antioxidants.
