Now keep the lower body steady while breathing and try to lift the upper part of the body. After this, exhale and come to the initial position. You can repeat this process for a few minutes.

 

4. Skydiver - By doing this, the tension in our abdominal muscles causes stress, which reduces belly fat. To do this exercise, lie down on the mat on the stomach. Now bend the legs from both knees and keep the hands as shoulders as the shoulders. Now try to lift your feet upwards and raise your hands too high as if you are in the air.
