Salvador: France and United Nations called it an international crisis following the Amazon rainforest fire crisis for more than 3 weeks as the Brazils right-wing President accusing NGO’s of citing an environmental psychosis to hurt the country interests. The UN chief Antonio Guterres said in a twitter statement that,” he was "deeply concerned" by the fires in the Amazon. In the midst of the global climate crisis, we cannot afford more damage to a major source of oxygen and biodiversity. The Amazon must be protected,”

The France President Macron said the crisis happening at Amazon rainforest are a global agenda and called out the world leaders to tackle it at their G7 summit. As per the official reports, nearly 73000 forest fires had taken in Brazil in the past eight months and a number even higher than the Brazil fire forests in 2013. Most of these fires were placed on Amazon.

The damage surroundings have not been yet determined but smoke and fire have coughed up Saul Paulo and other neighbouring cities this past week. Macron verdicts out this situation by saying on twitter, "Our house is on fire. Literally. The Amazon, the lung of our planet which produces 20 per cent of our oxygen is burning," It is an international crisis. Members of the G7, let's talk in two days about this emergency."
