Dream For The Society

Every member of our species is a dreamer and these dreams influence our lives to a great extent. Dreams provide us with an oppurtunity to explore, understand, and change whatever may be in the way of establishing such ties. We generally witness people having a dream of a happy and peaceful life. They generally tend to dream about settling somewhere in the mountains or would love to have a handsome salary job in big cities. But contrary to this, some selfless people dream to serve society for the betterment of the people.

Recently I came across an altruistic personality who is very close to my heart. I was astounded by his point of view towards a happy life. According to him, wealth and power are sources of conflict because they are limited in number but unlimited as desires. Working for the welfare of society gives happiness and motivation to contribute more for further upgradation. People having such thoughts inspires others to create a more harmonious society having more cooperative, united, and empathetic people. To build such society we need to brainstorm on our weaknesses and think ways to eradicate areas of darkness like poverty, illiteracy, corruption, or social diseases of casteism in the growing splendor of our country. Even the smallest thing you do for others counts. 

From this, I remember Helen Walton's word: "It's not what you gather, but what you scatter that tells what kind of life you have lived." People should know how to spread kindness. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.
