You can't see the power of one hour by just sitting at one place but if you want to just see the power all you need to do is to invest one hour daily for your self-improvement to become a better person than you were yesterday. It's always better to compare yourself with you rather than the outsider.
Investing ONE hour every day will have a grave impact on your life, in one week you would have invested 7 hours, in one month you would have invest 30-31 hours and in a year you would have invested 365-366 hours in yourself to make a difference in your life. In one year you would be totally different as compared to the person that was 1year ago. This would be a proud moment for you to see such grave progress.
