Acceptance
You need to accept and acknowledge that you are weak in certain areas and that you need help. You and other people won’t be able to help you if you keep denying about your weakness. In this step you also need to know what exactly your weakness is. So you need to be specific.
Know Why
Ask yourself why, know the reason for your weakness. There is always a reason for this so make sure you find out what the reason is.. It doesn’t matter how silly and stupid you see the reason, it would help you out when you start solving the problem. You need to know the root and start of the problem, so as to get the best solution.
Change Your Mindset
Since you have had that weakness for some time now, it has been a part of you. Most of the things that we do and say are being processed in our minds first. You need to deal with your mind by trying to change what you once believed that wasn’t possible for you, that now it’s possible.
Get Ready its Action Time
This is the time where you go into action. Depending on your weak area, how long you have had it and how fast you can catch up, you need to put in the work. You need to start somewhere. Go at your own pace, and do what works for you and according to what results you want to achieve.
Be Consistent
Okay, here is why most people don’t get the results they intended. Consistent is key when you are learning something new. You need to keep on doing it. It will be hard in the beginning but that doesn’t mean you should stop. Keep on trying and pressing on it. In the end it will be worth it.
