Food is any substance consumed by humans, animals, and plants because it provides nutritional support for any organism. Food is usually of plant, animal, or fungal origin, that contains all the essential nutrients, that the body wants.

Food goes into the body of an organism and breaks down into several energy molecules. This process provides energy to the entire body throughout body.

Starchy food -  Starch or also called "amylum"  is a polymeric carbohydrate consisting of numerous glucose units joined by glycosidic bonds. This polysaccharide is produced by most green plants for energy storage. This food category is most importantly consumed by the plants for their cell development. It is insoluble in water and the appearance is like a white powder. 

Dairy It simply means milk products. Dairy products include milk, butter, cheese, ice cream, yogurt, and condensed or dried milk.  Milk has been used by humans since the beginning of recorded time to provide both fresh and storable nutritious foods.

ProteinProteins are large biomolecules and macromolecules that comprise one or more long chains of amino acid residues. It is a substance found in food such as meat, fish, eggs, and beans. It is important for helping people and animals to grow and be healthy. Proteins reduce hunger levels and increase muscle length. Proteins are very much essential for the bones. 

FatFat is a source of essential fatty acids, which the body cannot make itself. Fat helps the body absorb vitamin A, vitamin D and vitamin E. These vitamins are fat-soluble, which means they can only be absorbed with the help of fats. They provide energy, protect your organs by supporting cell growth, and  also keep the cholesterol and blood pressure levels under control.
