Continuing with the YSL Y collection, the label has launched its third edition. The collection was started in the year 2017, by introducing the first scent YSL Y Eau de Toilette. This first scent was brewed for the generation Y, for males born in the 80s and 90s. In 2018 the second was added to the collection YSL Y Eau de Parfum, which was the intense version of the original. Faces for this first fragrance of this shelf were Loyle Carner, hip-hop musicians, David Alexander Flinn sculptor, and AI researcher Alexandre Robicquet. While this latest edition will be advertised by Adam Levine, the lead singer of pop group Maroon 5. Earlier this year he also shot the commercial and campaign for the Y for Men Collection under the same label. The theme of the commercials has been signature black jacket teamed with a white t-shirt serving the metaphor of power mingled with freshness. But this edition came out with a twist of intense dynamic aromas, which black shirt on Levine screams.
The brew of this fragrance starts off with a lively, dazzling, and floral vase of orange blossoms, followed with a fresh and spicy heart carved out of an amalgamation of spicy ginger and bergamot. The base notes are well designed by the aromatic notes of sage and wooden chord. The inspiration behind the scent if a man on a trek for the discovery of his personal fulfillment. YSL Y Live is available in two variants of 60ml and 100ml EDT. The collection also includes a 75ml deodorant and 200ml shower gel.
