Food Borne Illness:

Measles and Mumps:
Measles & Mumps are caused by a virus named paramyxovirus which is transmitted by direct face to face communication and through airborne routes by large droplets. Most People prefer to have fresh juices and soft drinks in roadside shops during summer. If cleanliness is not maintained, these can easily spread.
Prevention: Taking the required vaccine. Avoid outdoor Dining.
Skin Diseases:
To withstand the heat, you may go swimming in pools. This may cause rashes or other diseases. Sweating a lot can also cause rashes. Exposing your skin in sunlight for more time could cause sunburn.
Prevention: Always take a shower before a plunge. Take often a bath. Don't remain under sunlight for much time.
Dehydration:
Due to the extreme heat, your body sweats and urinates more to maintain your body temperature so you will be easily dehydrated.
Prevention: Take more than five liters of water per day.
Heat Stroke:
Headache, nausea, disorientation, and fainting can be caused due to, too much exposure to sunlight and experiencing much heat.
Prevention: Hydrating yourself and avoiding exposure to sunlight.
Flu:
Getting wet in a sudden downpour or not drying yourself after a bath can cause cold and cough.
Prevention: Keep yourself dry.
