Ways to cure acne naturally

Acne can be really painful and can cause irritation in your skin. Sometimes acne can be from stress ,hormonal imbalance or puberty. Here are some of the ways to cure acne without chemicals.

1. Lemon and Turmeric Mask

Lemon and turmeric can be beneficial to cure acne.Mix 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder with lemon extract and mix it well to obtain a thick paste. Apply on the facial area and let it dry. Remove with cold water.

2 Neem Face Pack

Take some neem leaves and add aloe vera gel into a mixing machine.Mix to obtain a paste and apply on the affected area. This will give a cooling effect as well.

3. Tea Tree Oil

Apply tea tree oil by mixing it with other essential oil to dilute it. Apply by dabbing cotton soaked in oil.Apply on the affected area and leave it overnight.

4. Honey and Cinnamon

Honey is used to treat acne, for thousands of years. It has many antioxidants that can help to clear waste and debris from clogged pores.

Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties and the antimicrobial property of honey can be agreat combination for acne. Mix 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder with 2-3 teaspoon of honey to obtain a paste.Apply the paste on covering area and wait until dry,wash it With lukewarm water.

5. Garlic

Garlic paste can be used as an effective treatment for acne. Take two three pieces of garlic and grind to obtain a paste.Apply the paste on the affected area and leave overnight.

6. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar like other vinegars can be used to clear acne. Mix one part of apple cider vinegar with 3 parts of water and apply by cotton.Rinse off after 10-15 minutes.Use as per requirements daily

Moreover,try to cut short on dairy and stress.Using different medicines can also cause acne and inflammation,try to wash your face 4-5 times a day as well.
