The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have come with the Royal baby's name. Their Instagram post rejoiced their newborn and they have christened their first born as Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. The name Archie is the newborn's cousin's nickname, and the name Harrison is actually Harry's son. The newly titled parents were beaming radiance with their newborn and had their first photocall today.
The baby was born at 5.26am and weighed 7lb 3oz. It was the first public appearance of the royal baby and before addressing the gathering, Prince Harry did convey his beautiful, newly promoted wife his happiness. The same afternoon the Royal Highnesses introduced Her Majesty The Queen to her eighth great-grandchild at Windsor Castle in the presence of The Duke of Edinburgh and The Duchess’ mother.
As they addressed the small gathering, the couple was in utmost joy, they giggled and also looked into each other's eye as they spoke about their child. The whole time the Duke had cradled his son in his arms and the Duchess had her hands around them. Both were immensely gushed by their newborn and said he had the sweetest temperament. He was calm and sweet was all they could keep saying.
We were truly adoring the whole session. The session did end with Meghan Markle thanking everyone for their support and good wishes.
The Instagram story was captioned as: "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are pleased to announce they have named their first born child:
