Kadhai Masala

Fixings 

For Kadhai Masala: 

2 tsp coriander seeds 

1 tsp cumin/jeera 

½ tsp dark pepper 

3 dried kashmiri red bean stew 

For Onion Tomato Paste: 

2 tsp oil 

3 clove garlic, squashed 

1 inch ginger, cleaved 

1 onion, cut 

2 tomato, finely cleaved 

For Kadhai Paneer Gravy: 

1 tbsp margarine 

1 straight leaf/tej patta 

1 green bean stew, cut 

1 tsp kasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves 

½ onion, petals 

½ capsicum, solid shape 

¼ tsp turmeric 

½ tsp kashmiri red bean stew powder Lets see how to make it simply kadhai panner , follow these steps.

 

 

 1. Firstly, right off the bat, in a huge kadai, heat 1 tbsp spread and saute 1 sound leaf, 1 green bean stew,

  2.1 tsp kasuri methi till they sweet-smelling. 

 3.  Next further saute ½ onion petals and ½ cubed capsicum.
