The Indian Skipper and the captain Virat Kohli, has been declared as the first cricketer to achieve this milestone in social media. He has evidently managed to engage his fans to his social network accounts and has totally kept his fan glued with him. He has been declared the first cricketer to achieve 100 million followers on his social accounts with 33.6 million in Instagram, 29.5 million in Twitter and 37 million on Facebook.

He is an active user of social networking platforms and posts his opinion on the Indian cricket team, his IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore and also his personal life and travel diaries with his wife actress Anushka Sharma.
Also, a picture posted by Virat and Anushka combined had broken records and the picture posted by the captain has also gained thousands of likes, therefore, gaining the tag of the most liked tweet of the year.
The tweet mentioned earned more than 215 likes paving his way to the ‘Golden Tweets’ of the year. Kohli on the counterpart follows very loess people on Instagram and Twitter with just 93 and 52 respectively.
