NEW DELHI: The Sate Bank of India is preparing to conduct a customer meet next week in order to interact with customers and recieve customer feedback and suggestions from all over the country. The motive to conduct meet on 28th May is to get customer reviews on different topics of concern related to the bank in order to provide better service to public.
On this meet the biggest lender of India is expecting over 1,00,000 customer engagement over 500 branches. The meeting would be attended by the senior officials of the bank.
SBI believes that this meeting will ensure building strong customer trust and make the lender know about the expectations of the public. The bank has also decided to educate the public about their policies and programs in the meeting.
