The stage is set for the summit clash of IPL 2019 with the two best teams of IPL 2019 – Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad today, May 12.

Mumbai Indians entered the final straightaway after beating CSK in the first Qualifier, MS Dhoni-led side qualified for the final after defeating Delhi Capitals in the second Qualifier on Friday. Both teams are three-time winners of the IPL title and the most successful teams in the league’s history and they would look to add another feather in their cap.

Mumbai or Chennai? The answer may seem easy – Mumbai, but it ain't over till it's over, Chennai can rationalize that with the grit and pliability the team possess. If Mumbai have explosive batsmen and a wicket-thirsty bowling attack, Chennai have the experience of one man that never disappoints.

The track in Hyderabad has mostly been in favour of the batsmen. But the bowlers have also been able to dominate terms. Alzarri Joseph’s six-wicket haul versus MI came at the very venue. Out of the seven matches here, four were won by the team who where batting first.
