Actress Anisa Butt who made her appearance on the silver screen with movies like Ye Jawaani Hai Deewani, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobaara, and Half Girlfriend, will be seen in Chandan Roy Sanyal’s web series, Hawa Badle Hassu and is more than happy to be a part of the series. She says “I’m really proud to be a part of this web series that’s created to raise environmental awareness among us. It’s the need of the hour. Hassu, played by Chandan Roy Sanyal is an auto-rickshaw driver who rides around the town educating his passengers on the huge damage we’re causing to the environment with negligence and pollution. I think we all should take inspiration from Hassu and do our bit to help reduce pollution.”
Apart from acting, Anisa also takes an interest in creating thought-provoking podcasts for her fans, titled Unplug with Ani. Anisa will soon be seen sharing screen space with actor Angad Bedi in ALT Balaji’s upcoming web series The Verdict.
