Yoga is a gift from India to world. This thousand year old tradition has changed the life of more than million people across the world. Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that has a goal to gain serenity in the mind and spirit with different poses and meditation. Yoga allow us to connect with ourselves in this busy world where we spend our whole time to take care of the people around us.
