A Resume gives the first impression of you to the employer so it is best to make your first impression the best impression. You must be careful of what you write in your resume because most of the first few questions that are asked in an Interview are from the information given by you in your resume.

A resume is a compressed Biodata of yourself and informs the employer that you are a qualified person for the vacancies applied.

A resume must contain the following

Contact information
Aim (i.e.) It should answer this “what makes you a good asset for the company?”
Educational qualification
Achievements
Extra-curricular activities
Skills
Personal qualities or Attributes
Bio-Data or Personal Profile
Declaration
Name and Signature
Date and Place

The above list is in the sequence in which you can create your Resume. Have it slow and take your time in making your resume. Give a thought before writing or typing each and every word. Never let someone make your resume because it will be like letting someone introduced for the person who is going to be interviewed. Don’t add any information that is not valid and unreal.

You should make a resume in a presentable way (i.e.) everything should be aligned correctly. Use Times New Roman Font for formal documents. A resume is a first and foremost factor in recruitment for a Job.
