YouTube offers relevant and interesting content on basis of what user's searches,content which matches search history i.e previously watched videos.The company is now rolling out with three changes to provide more control over the YouTube to the users.The new features will allow the users to block the content from a particular YouTube channel from showing in recommendations.The users may also get the explanation why they are seeing this videos from unknown channel. But most of the recommended videos will be based on viewing habits of users.
This latest feature is now available across the world but only for Android and will be made available for desktop and iOS in up coming days.Users can stop recommendation from the unknown channel by just clicking the three dots next to the video on the homepage and then click on "Dont recommend channel".
